Tap the blue '+' button at the top right of the goals list. Enter your goal name and an optional first step, then tap 'Add' to save it.

Resolutely has 5 statuses: Not Yet (🌱), On Track (🍃), Off Track (🔥), Done! (🌳), and Moved On (−). Each status has a unique reflection prompt to help you adjust as life happens.

Tap on any goal to open its detail view, then tap the '+' icon in the timeline. Choose your current status and write your reflection. Your progress updates automatically based on your reflections.

Yes! Tap on any reflection in the timeline to edit or delete it. Your goal's progress percentage will update accordingly.

Go to Settings to enable reminders. Choose from weekly (Sundays), monthly (last Sunday of each month), or turn them off. Set your preferred time, and Resolutely will send you a gentle nudge to check in on your goals.

Tap the year dropdown at the top of the screen to switch between years. Each goal is assigned to the year it was created. You can review past years' goals and see your long-term growth.

Absolutely. Everything stays on your iPhone. Resolutely uses SwiftData (Apple's local database) to store your goals and reflections. We don't have servers, accounts, or any way to access your data.

Not currently. All data is stored locally on your device. iCloud sync is planned for a future update.

Data export is not available yet but is planned for a future update. Your data is always backed up via your iPhone's normal backup process (iCloud or iTunes).

Yes! The app will always be free with full functionality. We may add optional paid features in the future, but the core app you're using today will remain free.

Unfortunately, deleted goals cannot be recovered at this time. We recommend being careful when deleting. An undo feature is planned for future updates.
